These terms apply to your use of this website and to treatments booked at Vessa Thai Spa, Ground Floor, Retail No. 07, Sheikh Rashid Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Please read them before booking.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it by phone, WhatsApp or email. Submitting the form on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
• Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to a therapist being available.
• Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment, as the following booking cannot be delayed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let us know as far in advance as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation before holding a booking in future.

Health and suitability

• Please tell us before your treatment about any injury, recent surgery, skin condition, allergy, pregnancy or medical condition. Some treatments are not suitable in these circumstances, and we may recommend an alternative.
• Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
• Tell your therapist immediately if any pressure is uncomfortable. The treatment will be adjusted straight away.

Conduct

Vessa Thai Spa is a professional spa. Any behaviour that is inappropriate towards our therapists or other guests will end the treatment immediately, with the full price payable, and we reserve the right to refuse service.

Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or left behind on the premises.

Prices and payment

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and are payable at the end of your treatment. We will always tell you the price before your treatment begins.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. Treatment descriptions and durations are provided as a guide. The content, branding and images on this site belong to Vessa Thai Spa and may not be reproduced without our permission.
