Arabic Massage in Dubai

A flowing oil massage in the Middle Eastern tradition, using warm aromatic oils and long, calming strokes.

The Treatment

About Arabic Massage

Arabic massage draws on the bathing and bodywork traditions of the region: warmed aromatic oils, long connected strokes and a pace that never feels rushed. It is the gentlest of our oil treatments and the one guests most often describe as genuinely restful.

The therapist works the full body with the flat of the hand and forearm, holding pressure on tight areas rather than forcing them. Combined with the warmth of the oil, it settles the nervous system as much as the muscles — a good choice at the end of a demanding week.

Best for

Guests who want to switch off completely, first-time spa visitors, and anyone who finds deep tissue work too intense.

Questions

Arabic Massage — your questions

How is Arabic massage different from Swedish massage?

Both are flowing oil massages. Arabic massage uses warmer, more aromatic oils and a slower, more sustained pressure, while Swedish massage uses a brisker rhythm with more kneading and percussive work.

What oils do you use?

We use warmed aromatic massage oils. If you have a nut allergy or sensitive skin, tell us when you book and we will select a suitable alternative.

Can I shower afterwards?

Yes. Shower facilities are available, though many guests prefer to leave the oils on the skin for an hour or two.
