Thai massage is the treatment our therapists trained in first, and it remains the signature of the house. Rather than working with oil on the surface of the skin, the therapist applies rhythmic pressure along the body's energy lines using palms, thumbs, forearms and feet, then guides you through a sequence of assisted stretches.
The result is a treatment that feels closer to yoga performed on your behalf. You stay fully clothed in loose cotton provided by the spa, and you leave feeling lengthened and mobile rather than sleepy — which is why so many of our guests book it after a long working day on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Is Thai massage painful?
It should feel like firm, purposeful pressure rather than pain. Tell your therapist at any point and the pressure will be adjusted immediately — we would far rather you speak up than endure it.
How long should I book?
Sixty minutes covers the full body at a brisk pace. Ninety or 120 minutes allows the therapist to spend proper time on the back, shoulders and hips, and is what we recommend for a first visit.
